Alessi is an Italian design company that can be considered more of a design laboratory than a manufacturing company. This distinctive Italian brand has always been a true forerunner of trends.

Founded in 1921 by Giovanni Alessi in Omegna, the company began as a metal workshop, rooted in the craft tradition of wood and metalworking typical of the Strona Valley and the Lake Orta area. In the 1970s, under the leadership of Alberto Alessi, the company began to collaborate with internationally renowned designers such as Achille Castiglioni, Ettore Sottsass, and Richard Sapper, author of the famous 9090 coffee maker. In the 1980s, Alessi continued to establish itself in the world of design by collaborating with big names such as Alessandro Mendini, Aldo Rossi, Stefano Giovannoni, Philippe Starck, and Marta Sansoni. Today, the company is synonymous with excellence, combining traditional craftsmanship and innovation in design.
